Welcome!
I am an Associate Research Scholar in the department of political science at Yale University.
My main field of research is democratic theory.
In collaboration with Hélène Landemore, my research at Yale focuses on democratic innovations such as citizen assemblies, and the democratic challenges and opportunities related to the development of artificial intelligence.
I defended my doctoral thesis on Jean-Jacques Rousseau's political philosophy in 2018 at the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon. The book based on my dissertation was published in 2024 by Classiques Garnier.
In 2015, I was a visiting doctoral student at the Ethics Research Center (Centre de Recherche en Éthique) in Montreal, Canada.
From 2018 to 2022, I led a junior interdisciplinary laboratory at ENS Lyon on Changes and Current trends in Democracies.
On this website, you will find information on my research and teaching.
I hope you come across something that interests you.
